We Are All Safer is the National Transportation Safety Board's catalogue of the safety improvements that followed its investigations. This is the fourth edition, issued as Safety Report SR-06/01 and labelled the AirVenture Oshkosh 2006 Edition, after the annual aviation event of that name. It runs 52 pages. The Board describes itself on the cover as an independent agency whose work saves lives through accident investigations, safety recommendations and advocacy.

The Board investigates and recommends. It cannot require anyone to adopt a recommendation, so a list of the changes that followed is the record it has of its own effect. The report is printed with a postal notice on the cover, Official Business, Penalty for Private Use $300, which is the standard marking on federal mail. The abstract gives a suggested citation naming the Board, the year, the edition and the report number, so the booklet can be cited like a reference work.
